Terms & Conditions
- Above rates are quouted in Thai-baht, subject to 10% service charge, 7% VAT.
- Room rates are inclusive of American Breakfast.
- Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival 1 night charge. No show 50% of full stay charge. Early check out full stay charge.
- Compulsory dinners on Christmas's eve : adult@3,000 net, child@1,500.- and New Year's eve : adult @4,000 net, child@2,000.-
- Child up to12 years old sharing a room with parents (without extra bed) is free of charge, ABF charge applies
- Child. 3-12 years breakfast is at 150 THB/Person/Day
- Child up 12 years breakfast is at 300 THB/Person/Day
- Maximum occupancy for Deluxe room is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults (rate incl. 2 ABF only).
- Third person (12 years up) for Deluxe room, rate including Breakfast and extra bed is Baht. 1,000.- net/person/day.
- Maximum Occupancy for Junior suites and Honeymoon villa is 2 adult and 1 child or 2 adults only (rate incl. 2 ABF only).
- Maximum occupancy for Family Villas is 2 adults and 3 children or 4 adults (rate incl. 4 ABF only).
- Third person (12 years up) for Pool Villa, rate including Breakfast and extra bed is Baht. 1,500.- net/person/day.
